This project is  the main and essential part  of our services. Through this project, we give our service users a better quality of  information and   choice in their lives.

With the help of chadian volunteers, we have been able to help  350 people but the demand comes from wide london and sometime national wide and we are now thinking  to extand our  services.

The benefits of this project are:

1. Increased motivation and confidence in dealing with and accessing other agencies and service providers
2. Understanding how to articulate their problems so that they may access the right help and support from service providers.
3. The ability to empower other members of their family and community by passing on knowledge and experience gathered from the intervention work provided by CCC
4. By solving some of the issues faced by the beneficiaries, more people will be able to lead a less stressful life thus improving their general well being and health
5. Increased knowledge and understanding in regards to welfare rights and benefit entitlements and other subject issues facing the community i.e. debt issues, housing, unemployment etc
